How the MMA section works

MMA follows the layout used across the sportsbook. Live & Upcoming shows Top MMA with the UFC first, grouped by event — for example “UFC 333: Volkanovski vs. Evloev” with every bout of the card underneath. Each fight card lists the start time, a stream icon, a statistics icon, a Same Game Multi icon, the Winner prices for both fighters and a “+15” counter for extra markets. Outrights carries longer-term markets, and All MMA lists every promotion and event. Fights are shown in the order the card runs, so prelims appear before the main event. Live fights get a Live label, and markets are briefly suspended at key moments while prices are recalculated.

Fight markets and odds

The Winner market is two-way: you back one of the two fighters. Prices tell you how the bookmaker rates them. On the UFC 333 main event, Alex Volkanovski was 1.87 and Movsar Evloev 1.90 — an almost even fight. On another bout Iasmin Lucindo was 1.25 against Nicolle Caliari at 3.85, a clear favourite. A 1,000 PKR stake returns 1,870 PKR, 1,250 PKR or 3,850 PKR respectively if the chosen fighter wins.

The extra markets on the fight page cover how and when a fight might end. They pay more than the Winner market but need a more precise outcome, so they suit smaller stakes.

Boosted odds on fighters

Fight weeks often bring a fighter-specific promotion. Before UFC 333, a boost called “Merab's 5th to 5.0” raised Merab Dvalishvili's price against Petr Yan from 2.31 to 5.00 — the original price is shown struck through next to the boosted one. On 1,000 PKR that is the difference between a 2,310 PKR and a 5,000 PKR return. Each boost applies to a specific market, has its own end time and its own conditions, so read the promotion terms on the Sport tab of the Promotions page. Other sports get regular boosted offers too.

UFC partnership

Stake is the Official Betting Partner of the Ultimate Fighting Championship. In 2022 the partnership was expanded to include Brazil, the UFC's second-largest territory with an estimated 34 million fans. Under the agreement Stake works with the UFC on promotions, VIP experiences and exclusive content with UFC athletes, and receives a branded presence in the Octagon at key pay-per-view and Fight Night events. Stake was the presenting partner of UFC 274 in Phoenix and of UFC 283 and UFC 301 in Rio de Janeiro. The Sponsorships menu also lists individual fighters — Alex Pereira, Merab Dvalishvili, Alexandre Pantoja, Caio Borralho, Max Holloway and Tracy Cortez among them.

How to bet on a UFC fight

1. Fund the account

   Deposit PKR from 500 through a mobile wallet registered to the same phone number, or send crypto.

2. Open Sports → MMA

   Find the event under Top MMA and scroll to the fight you want.

3. Choose a fighter or a market

   Click the Winner price, or open the fight page for the extra markets.

4. Check the slip

   Enter the stake and confirm the potential return before placing the bet.

5. Watch the result

   Fights settle as soon as the official result is announced; check My Bets for the outcome.

Boxing and other combat sports

Boxing is a separate entry in the All Sports list, priced in the same decimal format with a winner market on each bout and additional markets on bigger events. Combat sports differ from team sports in one practical way: a single punch or submission ends the event, so live prices can collapse in seconds and markets are often suspended. A draw is possible in boxing, so check whether the market you choose is two-way or three-way. For a phone-first approach, the Stake bet APK puts the bet slip one tap away in the bottom bar.

Tips for MMA bettors

• Watch the weigh-ins: a missed weight or late replacement changes a fight and its price.
• Style matters: a strong wrestler against a pure striker is a different fight from two strikers.
• Short favourites add up: combining three favourites at 1.25 gives only about 1.95 — and all three must win.
• Use boosts selectively: a boosted price is still a bet; only take it on a fighter you would back anyway.
• Plan the card: a numbered event has a dozen fights; decide the PKR budget for the whole night in advance.

Sports bets count three times towards VIP progress.

Settlement rules

Under the betting rules, a fight that is cancelled or replaced before it starts usually leads to void bets settled at odds of 1, which returns the stake. In a multi only the void leg becomes 1.00; in a Same Game Multi a void selection voids the whole slip. Cash-out is not available while a market is suspended — which often happens after a big moment in a fight — and may fail if the price moves during the time delay.
