Stake Cricket Betting for Pakistani Fans

Cricket sits in the Top Sports menu of Stake bet, between MMA and CS2, and the section covers far more than the big tournaments: Tests, ODI tri-series, T20 internationals, domestic leagues, women's cricket and youth series. Each match page goes deep, from the coin toss and over-by-over runs to the team with the top batter, with a scoreboard, live stream button and win-probability panel alongside the odds.

How the cricket section works

The cricket page has three tabs. Live & Upcoming shows Top Cricket — the featured international series — followed by every other competition grouped by country. Outrights holds long-term markets such as tournament winners. All Cricket is the full alphabetical list of competitions with the number of open matches next to each. Two filters at the top change what the match cards show: Display switches between the standard and a compact layout, and Market changes the price shown on each card, with Winner as the default. A live match carries a red Live label, the current innings and score, and a play icon when a stream is available. The “+15” or “+17” at the end of a card is the number of extra markets on the match page. The same layout is used for every other sport in the all sports menu.

Competitions on offer

The list changes with the cricket calendar, but a normal week mixes international and domestic cricket from several continents. The All Cricket tab currently includes:

  • ODI Pakistan Tri-Series
  • Test series
  • T20 internationals
  • ICC Men's CWC Challenge League
  • T20 World Cup qualifiers
  • ODI UAE Tri-Series
  • Women's ODI and T20 series
  • Pakistan National T20, Women
  • U19 ODI series
  • CSA T20 Challenge
  • UAE T20 League
  • USA Minor League
  • ECS Spain T10
  • Simulated Reality League

For a Pakistani bettor the most useful entries are the national team's series and the domestic women's T20 competition. Associate cricket — the UAE, the USA, Namibia and European T10 events — is less predictable for bookmakers, which sometimes creates generous prices but also bigger swings. Smaller competitions usually have fewer markets, mainly the winner and a few totals, while internationals open the full set.

PSL, IPL, World Cup and India vs Pakistan

The big franchise leagues and ICC tournaments are seasonal. When the Pakistan Super League, the Indian Premier League or a T20 or ODI World Cup is running, its matches and an outright winner market appear in the cricket section; out of season they disappear from the live list. Between PSL seasons the sportsbook lists a “Pakistan Super League SRL” inside the Simulated Reality League group, together with simulated versions of the Big Bash, the Caribbean Premier League and the SA20. SRL matches are computer simulations based on team ratings — they are not the real PSL, so read the competition name carefully before betting. An India vs Pakistan match, whether in an ICC event or a bilateral series, is listed under International with the same market groups as any other international. Because these fixtures attract heavy one-sided money, prices on the favourite tend to shorten in the final hours, so comparing odds early in the week is worthwhile.

Match markets explained

A match page splits markets into All, Popular, Innings, Overs and Specials, with a separate Same Game Multi tab for combining several markets from one match. An ODI from the Pakistan Tri-Series shows the following:

Cricket markets on an ODI match page
MarketWhat it settles onExample odds
Winner (Incl. Super Over)Match result, Super Over includedSri Lanka 3.05 · England 1.32
Which Team Wins the Coin TossThe toss before play1.85 · 1.85
Coin Toss and The MatchSame team wins toss and match, or Neither6.00 · Neither 1.90 · 2.50
1st Innings Over N – Team TotalRuns in a single over, over/under a lineOver 4.5 at 1.75
Team with Top BatterTeam of the highest individual scorer1.65 · 1.18
Team with Top BowlerTeam of the bowler with most wickets1.65 · 1.20

A worked example: 1,000 PKR on England at 1.32 returns 1,320 PKR — a 320 PKR profit for backing a strong favourite. The same 1,000 PKR on “Sri Lanka wins toss and match” at 6.00 returns 6,000 PKR, but two things must go right. Over markets settle quickly and suit live betting: a line of 4.5 runs in the second over pays if five or more runs are scored in it.

Scoreboard, streams and statistics

The right-hand panel of a cricket match is a small statistics centre. Before the start it counts down to the first ball and shows the venue, then switches to a live scoreboard with a run-rate chart per innings. Below it are the head-to-head record, a win-probability bar and the form of both sides over their last matches — for Sri Lanka v England the panel showed 28% against 72% and four England wins in the previous five meetings. The Live Stream button sits next to Scoreboard when video is available. These numbers are useful context, not tips: a win probability is simply the price turned into a percentage, and recent form says little about a pitch that suddenly starts to turn. Use them to understand the price, then decide on a stake you are comfortable losing.

How to bet on cricket

  1. Fund the account

Deposit PKR through a mobile wallet registered to the same number as the account (500–50,000 PKR), or send USDT or another coin.

  2. Open Sports → Cricket

Pick a match from Top Cricket or find a league in All Cricket.

  3. Choose a market

Click the odds on the card for the winner, or open the match page for toss, innings and over markets.

  4. Set the stake

The bet slip shows the potential return. Add more matches for a multi or use Same Game Multi within one match.

  5. Follow it live

Watch the scoreboard or stream and cash out where the market allows it.

Cricket betting app

Most cricket in Pakistan is followed on a phone, and after a Stake Pakistan download the cricket page keeps every tab and market. The bottom bar switches to Browse, Casino, Bet Slip, Sports and Chat, so selections can be added while scrolling through overs and the slip opened only when ready. There is no cricket-only app and no official APK file; the site is installed as a web app from Chrome or Safari.

Trinbago Knight Riders partnership

Stake is the Official Cricket Partner of the Trinbago Knight Riders (TKR), one of the most successful franchises in the Caribbean Premier League. Based in Trinidad and Tobago and playing at Queen's Park Oval in Port of Spain, the Knight Riders have won five CPL titles and are known for explosive batting and a roster that has mixed international stars with local players. The partnership puts the Stake name on the team's kit and appears in the Sponsorships menu of the site next to UFC and Everton. For bettors it is a sign of how seriously Stake takes T20 cricket; CPL matches and their outright market appear in the cricket section during the season.

eCricket and simulated cricket

Two kinds of “virtual” cricket appear on the sportsbook, and they are easy to confuse. eCricket is a video-game competition listed in the esports section, with matches played by gamers. The Simulated Reality League, inside the cricket section, uses computer simulations of real teams and leagues, including a simulated PSL. Both run when no real cricket is on, which makes them tempting late at night. Neither follows real-world form in the way a Test or ODI does, so treat them as a different product with its own risk.

Cricket betting rules worth knowing

Cricket brings settlement questions that football does not, and the betting rules answer them precisely. The main market includes the Super Over, so a tie is not a separate outcome there. Rain is the usual reason for voids: when a match is abandoned without a result, bets on it are settled at odds of 1 and the stake comes back; in a multi only that leg becomes 1.00, while a void leg in a Same Game Multi voids the whole slip. Over and innings markets are settled on the runs actually scored in that over or innings, so a shortened innings can leave some over markets undecided and void. Cash-out may pause after a wicket or when the stream drops. The complete Sports Rules sit in the site footer.

Practical tips

  • Check the format: the same two teams are priced very differently in a Test, an ODI and a T20.
  • Watch the toss: the coin toss market closes before play, and the toss result often moves the match odds.
  • Keep live stakes small: over markets settle within minutes, which makes it easy to bet too often.
  • Read SRL labels: a simulated PSL fixture is not the real league.
  • Set a weekly budget: a long tournament means dozens of matches; decide the PKR total before it starts.

Sports bets earn rakeback calculated on a 3% theoretical edge and count three times towards VIP levels, but they never turn betting into income. Loss limits and a sportsbook-only exclusion keep a long cricket season under control.

Cricket betting FAQ

Can I bet on the PSL on Stake?

Yes, when the Pakistan Super League season is running its matches appear in the cricket section like any other league. Between seasons the sportsbook lists a simulated Pakistan Super League in the Simulated Reality League group, which is a computer-generated competition, not the real tournament.

Are India vs Pakistan matches available?

When India and Pakistan are scheduled to play in an ICC event or a bilateral series, the fixture appears under International cricket with the same market groups as other internationals: winner, coin toss, innings and over markets and specials.

Does the winner market include the Super Over?

Yes. The main market on limited-overs matches is Winner (Incl. Super Over), so a tied match decided by a Super Over is settled on the Super Over result.

Can cricket matches be watched live?

Many cricket matches have a Live Stream button next to the Scoreboard on the match page. Where there is no video, the scoreboard, run-rate chart and win-probability panel follow the match ball by ball.

What is eCricket?

eCricket is a video-game cricket competition listed in the esports section. It is settled on the game result and is separate from real cricket and from the simulated SRL leagues.

Is there a special cricket bonus?

There is no permanent cricket-only welcome bonus. Boosted odds and tournament promotions appear in the Sport tab of the Promotions page when they run, and cricket bets earn rakeback and count three times towards VIP progress.
